Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026. Email The Market operates this service, and “we” and “us” mean Email The Market throughout. These pages describe how the service works and are not legal advice.

When you are charged

You build your email first and see the finished proof. Paying for it is what approves it and books your send day and time. Nothing is charged before that, and nothing else is charged afterwards.

Cancelling a booked send

Cancel 24 hours or more before your send time and we credit you the full amount towards your next send. Inside 24 hours the send cannot be cancelled.

You cancel from your own order page, using the link in your email. The credit is the full amount you paid and it is applied to your next send. We do not issue refunds to the card.

Changes before it sends

Need a change? Email hello@emailthemarket.com. We can edit your listing any time before it sends.

Once it has sent

Not refundable and not creditable. An email cannot be recalled. Once the send has started, the thing you bought has been delivered and the charge is final.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot send your campaign at all, for any reason on our side, we will contact you at the address on your order. What we offer in that case is decided by a person, not automatically, and we will say plainly what it is.
