If you received a campaign and want it to stop

Every campaign carries an unsubscribe link in its footer. One click and you are removed. If the link does not work, email hello@emailthemarket.com and we will do it by hand.

Removal is permanent and global. It is not per sender and not per campaign: once your address is suppressed, no campaign from anyone using this service reaches you again. We do not have a mechanism for putting you back, and we do not ask you to confirm or to tell us why.

Unsubscribes are processed before every send, not on a schedule. If you unsubscribe today, you are off tomorrow's send.

What may be sent

One thing: a real property listing, from the agent or brokerage marketing it, to other agents in that market. That is the entire permitted use.

What may not be sent

• Anything that is not a property listing. No recruiting, no coaching, no lead generation services, no products sold to agents.
• Anything misrepresenting who the sender is, what brokerage they work for, or what is being offered.
• A subject line or sender name that does not match what is inside the email.
• Anything unlawful, or anything infringing someone else's rights.

Every campaign identifies its sender

Campaigns go out under the name and brokerage of the realtor who bought the send, with their real contact details, and carry a working unsubscribe link. We do not send anonymously and we do not send on behalf of a sender who will not be named.

Complaints

Email hello@emailthemarket.com. If a campaign broke the rules above, we stop it and refuse the sender further sends.
